Terms of Use
Site offers photographs highlighting textures of materials('Textures’). The use of the Textures is subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. ICA is the sole owner of all Intellectual Property Rights including copyright subsisting in Textures, Site and otherwise.
Intellectual Property
Textures, text, images, textures, illustrations, tutorial, site logos, and any other product or service names or slogans contained in the Site are Intellectual Properties (copyright and/or trademark) of ICA, its affiliates, suppliers and/or licensors, and shall not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission or that of the applicable copyright/trademark holder. You shall not use metatags or any other "hidden text" utilizing " ICA" or any other name, copyright/trademark or product or service name of ICA or any of the Site without our prior written permission. In addition, the look and feel of the Site, including all page headers, custom graphics, button icons and scripts, is the service mark, copyright, trademark and/or trade dress of ICA its affiliates, suppliers and/or licensors and shall not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
You confirm and acknowledge that any Intellectual Property and/or improvements or derivatives thereto created, developed, reduced to practice, or arrived at using the Textures will be solely owned by and accrue to and inure to the benefit of ICA.
License
When you download Textures via icapidilite.com, you are granted a free, non-exclusive,
non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to use the content subject to the terms and conditions of TOS.
Territory
The Textures made available on the Site are for use only in territory of India.
Login & Access
icapidilite.com, is designed to be a library of on-line Textures, from which you may download the Textures you need for a specific project. To download the Textures, you need to do a one-step verification process by sharing your mobile number (India) and email ID (India). After sharing the details, you will receive a text/email with an OTP using which you can get access to files and download the Textures. The Textures are released royalty free.
ICA is designed to be a website from which you download the Textures you need for the project you are working on. It is not permitted to download all photos with an automated program.
Restrictions On Use of Textures
The user shall not:
- Create or make infringing copies of Texture in order to cause wrongful loss to ICA.
- Portray textures in a way that a reasonable person would find offensive, including but not limited to:
- a) in connection with the advertisement or promotion of tobacco products;
- b) in a political context, such as the promotion, advertisement or endorsement of any party,
candidate, or elected official, or in connection with any political policy or viewpoint;
- c) as suffering from, or medicating for, a physical or mental ailment; or
- d) engaging in immoral or criminal activities.
- Use any Texture in a pornographic, defamatory, or deceptive context, or in a manner that could be considered libelous, obscene, or illegal.
- Resell, redistribute, provide access to, share, or transfer any Texture except as specifically provided herein. For example, and not by way of limitation, the foregoing prohibits displaying Content as, or as part of, a "gallery" of content through
which third parties may search and select from such content.
- Use Texture or content in a manner that infringes upon any third party's trademark or other intellectual property or would give rise to a claim of deceptive advertising or unfair competition.
- Use any Texture or content (in whole or in part) as a trademark, service mark, logo, or other indication of origin, or as part thereof.
- Falsely represent, expressly or by way of reasonable implication, that any Texture was created by you or a person.
- Reverse engineer, alter or modify any part of the Site or the Content.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site or any system resources, services or networks connected to or accessible through the Site.
- Resale or redistribution of the textures as scrapbooking packs, scrapbooking papers, templates, etc, is explicitly forbidden.
- Sell or distribute the Textures (modified or not) by themselves or in a texture pack, scale modelling papers (pre-printed or digital), scrapbooking pack or include them in a 3D model that is released free or for sale.
- Use these textures for creating products sold via 'print on demand' websites (for example print on demand mugs, T-shirts, mouse mats etc.
- Use these textures and photos for creating commercial products to print wallpaper, rugs, panels, fabrics, or vinyl wraps or any coating or surface (with the exception of private use).
- Sell or distribute skins for laptops, phones and other devices created with Textures.
- Release these Textures or derivative products with textures under Open Source Licenses.
- Sell, release ,or distribute the Textures modified or not, in no way and in any form and should not use the Textures to market or distribute your 3d models.
- Make a stockpile Textures with the goal of making a local (copy of the) Textures library and sell them.
- Use a program (spider, leecher) or script to automatically download (all) Photos on the Site.
- Interfere with the security or otherwise abuse, disrupt, place excessive loads on, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any system resources or networks connected to this Site.
- Use ICA logo, or other proprietary graphic of ICA to link to this Site without the express written permission of ICA.
